“Graveyards in London hold a strange beauty—a mix of sadness and serenity. There’s something poignant about the weathered tombstones, some crumbling under nature’s relentless touch, others half-hidden by overgrown blooms. I find myself drawn to the interplay of life and decay, with people strolling and dogs playing amidst this quiet history.
When I photograph graveyards, I seek the unexpected, the detail that speaks volumes. In editing, my aim is to emphasize the statues—silent sentinels of the past—or perhaps the abandoned church with its haunting presence. I play with color, highlighting specific hues, and strategically darkening areas to create a sense of somber beauty.”
